Mountain Dew

 

I worked on the Mountain Dew brand for nearly four years acting as the lead Creative Director. They are always open to exploring emerging tech which has allowed our team to play with creativity in ways we otherwise may not be able—especially with regard to the early days of VR. From the beginning we harnessed the power of digital innovation to drive growth in what was an otherwise a declining soda category.

Over the course of a few years I along with my team developed concepts, directed and launched five different VR experiences featuring legendary Dew talent like Paul Rodriguez, Boo Johnson, Sean Malto, Ty Evans, Danny Davis, Dale Earnheart Jr and more. We even found ourselves jumping out of an airplane over the Mojave desert.

The following photographs I shot while on location filming for Dew Snow. These were used as part of the larger campaign surrounding the release of the Dew Snow VR premiere and ran in Transworld Snow.

We were tasked with developing the brand identity and strategy for the Greenlabel lifestyle content brand that fell under Mountain Dew. We developed this limited edition brand book developed specifically for lifestyle influencers sourced by Complex Media.
